Affiliate Program FAQ

Why should I become a member of your affiliate program?
When you join our affiliate program you're dealing directly with the manufacturer and not with a third party. We know that you only want to recommend the very best in products from trusted sources to your visitors. We've been crafting the highest quality candles & accessories since 1988 and have earned a reputation for fantastic fragrances, a clean burn and truly innovative products that customers love! And we stand behind every product we make. If for any reason the customer is not happy, we're not happy! Remember, with this program there's no inventory for you to track, no orders to process or pack and NO LIMIT to how much you can earn!

Is there a limit to what I can earn?
There's no limit to how much you can earn with this program!

How much does it cost to join?
It costs you absolutely nothing to join.

Who can become an affiliate member?
Website owners with full authority to determine advertising programs, etc. and sites whose content we deem to be acceptable. Websites involved in any way with the sale or promotion of undesirable content as determined solely by Virginia Candle (e.g. pornographic or sexually explicit, violent, drug related, illegal, discriminatory) will be removed from the program and will forfeit any accrued commissions.

How does your affiliate program work?
Simply sign up to become a member of our affiliate network, choose the link you'd like to add and start making extra cash! An attractive Virginia Candle ad will appear on your site, and when your visitors click through and order from us, we'll pay you 10% of the product sale!

How do I become an affiliate member?
Just click on our sign-up form to get started. It's quick, easy and there's no cost to you!

How do commission payments work?
Virginia Candle pays affiliate member commissions via company check on a monthly basis. Checks are mailed by the end of each month for the prior month's commissionable sales. Commissions must equal or exceed $10 in order for payment to be issued. If your commissions are less than $10, the balance will be carried forward and paid on the next month that the balance equals or exceeds the $10 minimum. Commission is only available for each order generated via a direct click through from one of our ads on your site.

Who are you guys anyway?
Virginia Candle Company is located in beautiful Forest, Virginia. We've been crafting the highest quality candles & accessories since 1988, and are proud of the reputation we've earned for fantastic fragrances, a clean burn and truly innovative products that customers love! And we stand behind every product we make.

How many of your ads can I have on my site?
You can paste as many as you would like. Remember, the more click-throughs from your site that result in sales the more commission you can earn!

How can I check my commission balance or change my account info?
Affiliate members just need to log-in when they visit our site and click on "Account Info," and then click on "Affiliate Account Details."

What if I want to drop out of the program?
No problem. If you choose to leave the affiliate program, simply email us at affiliateprogram@virginiacandle.com and remove the link to our website.

What are my obligations under the program?
All you have to do is sign up with us & use the ads we supply as this enables us to track your commissions.

What if I live outside the U.S.?
We currently only ship to U.S. addresses and pay in U.S. funds.
